■About returns and exchanges■

In principle, we cannot accept returns under any of the following circumstances:

・Products that have been delivered more than 7 days ago

・Products that have been used or worn

- Products that have been washed (including washing with water), repaired, cleaned, etc. after delivery

・If you return the product without contacting us

・Products that have been soiled or damaged by the customer

- If the product tag, instruction manual, box of a boxed product, accessories, etc. are defaced, damaged, lost or discarded

・Items that have been soiled by customers trying them on, etc.

- If there are obvious signs of having been tried on (smells of cigarettes, perfume, laundry, pet hair, etc.)

- If you purchase multiple items of different sizes or colors with the intention of returning them

・Orders for international shipping

- If you have ordered the wrong quantity or product, - If you wish to change your payment method after placing an order, - If you feel that the size, color, etc. is different from what you expected, etc. We cannot accept cancellations of orders, or returns or exchanges of products due to customer reasons.
Please consider carefully before making your purchase.

When the product arrives, please make sure that the order details and the product you received are correct.
Although we thoroughly inspect all products, in the unlikely event that the product is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to return or exchange it. After receiving your contact, we will have you return the product and we will contact you after inspecting it.

Cases where returns and exchanges cannot be accepted: Returns and exchanges due to customer reasons; Products that have been delivered more than 7 days ago; Products that have been used by the customer; Products with the tags removed; Products that have been soiled or damaged by the customer; Products that smell of perfume, tobacco, etc.
